Customer service contacted me w/ replacement details for the non-functioning 80’s jukebox I received. The replacement arrived a couple days after I verified tracking with them on the return. Out of the box, the replacement unit worked straight away. The replacement did not have a USB cable included, so I had to use one of my own. Onto the unit review, its entirely plastic. It does feel very cheap. I got it mainly because I own ALL the other QA machines and I wanted it for the collection. But I have to say, I’m glad I didn’t buy all three of these jukeboxes. It is not a great BT speaker, but I didn’t expect it to be. It’s really just meant to be a piece that sits on your desk/display case with all the other QA machines like a Lebowski rug…kind of ties things together. If you’re going for an arcade themed display, it might be worth picking up. If you’re not or are just looking for a solid BT speaker, I’d say skip it.

Took out of the box, will not power up. Put on USB charge overnight. No lights with the on/off rocker switch at all.

The look of this 80s Jukebox is great. It feels cheap in your hands. It is definitely the worst Bluetooth speaker I have ever heard. I am happy with it as a light up shelf decor. But I cannot recommend it to others.
